We’re looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Optometrist to join our non-private equity group in Alabama-a growing college town just a short drive from Pensacola Beach. Connect with us today and learn more! 

Practice Setting

• Fully comprehensive, private practice outpatient clinic 
• Support team includes front desk staff, cross-trained clinical support, and a dedicated optician for retail needs
• 9 fully equipped exam rooms, each with phoropters, visual acuity testing, and exam chairs
• State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment including Optos retinal imaging, OCTs, Intraocular pressure testing (IOPs), Corneal topography, and Applanation tonometry

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No evenings or weekends!

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $120,000, based on experience, for a 2-year contract
• Quarterly production bonuses available 
• Total earning potential up to $180,000–$200,000 annually
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
