Inland Family Optometry is a busy private practice with locations in Chino and Rancho Cucamonga. We are a family-oriented practice that values patient relationships, quality care, and a positive team environment.
In addition to routine eye care, we offer dry eye and specialty services (IPL, RF, and advanced diagnostics), with opportunities for training and growth.
Position Overview
We are looking for an Optometrist who enjoys working with patients of all ages, including pediatric patients (under age 6), and is interested in expanding clinical skills.

ODs interested in growing into medical optometry and dry eye care
What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive eye exams
Provide care for pediatric and adult patients
Diagnose and manage ocular conditions
Educate patients and recommend treatment options
Learn and participate in dry eye and specialty services (training provided)

Compensation
$500–$800+ per day (base + production bonus)

Schedule
Immediate fill-in opportunities available
Ongoing position: ~3-4 days/week starting May
Potential for additional days in the future
Qualifications
OD degree (or upcoming graduate)
Eligible for California licensure
Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in learning and growing clinically

Eligible for or active California optometry license
Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, including pediatric patients (under age 6)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to manage a consistent patient flow efficiently
Interest in learning and growing in medical optometry and dry eye care (training provided)
Previous experience or exposure to medical optometry or dry eye management is a plus
