- Join an established outpatient eye care practice serving patients of all ages
- Provide comprehensive eye care including routine exams, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, and vision correction
- Supportive clinical team and streamlined workflows designed to maximize time with patients
- Fully outpatient role with no inpatient responsibilities or emergency coverage
Schedule
- Four-day workweek with predictable clinic hours
- No call and no weekend requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $147,000–$167,000 based on experience
- Up to $10,000 annual retention bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
- Comfortable providing comprehensive eye care across a broad patient population
