A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in northern Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our growing team in Crandon, WI. We believe that exceptional eye care requires time and autonomy. Here, you will enjoy 45-minute comprehensive exam slots, seeing an average of just 12–13 patients per day, backed by a dedicated onsite support staff and modern technology.

- Total Compensation Potential: Up to $175,000 (Competitive guaranteed base salary + performance incentives).
- Sign-On & Relocation: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to help you transition smoothly.

Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible optometrist.
- Eligible for or currently holding a valid Wisconsin Optometry License.
- New graduates and experienced optometrists are equally encouraged to apply!
